What does it cost my venue?
Nothing — ever. We own the machines and cover installation, stocking, service, licenses, and insurance. There are no fees, no deposits, and no fine print. You provide the spot; we provide everything else.
Who pays for the electricity?
The machine plugs into one of your standard outlets, and its power draw is minimal — a few dollars a month at most. That's genuinely the only thing your venue contributes.
How much space does it need?
Our machines come in three sizes. The most compact is about 22″ wide × 9″ deep and 33″ tall — it fits on a counter or against any wall. The largest floor unit is 24″ wide × 14″ deep. All any of them need is a standard power outlet.
What if it breaks or jams during a busy night?
We monitor every machine remotely and offer 24/7 on-call support. Each machine also carries a QR code on the side, so your guests can report an issue or leave a review on the spot — most problems are flagged before anyone calls us.
Is there a long contract?
Only if you want one. We offer 30- and 60-day pilot agreements so you can try it risk-free, you can cancel with 15 days' notice, and we'll match whatever term works for you. We adapt — not the other way around.
Can I choose what goes in the machine?
Absolutely. The product mix is fully adaptable to your venue and your crowd, and we keep optimizing it with real sales data so the machine sells what your guests actually want.
What about vapes and age-restricted products?
Our machines have a built-in ID reader that verifies age before dispensing any 21+ product — so restricted items can be sold safely and legally, even in 18+ venues.
